JetsetPrivate Air assumes no responsibility towards the customer for the activities carried out by the air carrier.

The air carrier is solely responsible for any claim resulting from any event, incident or incident occurring in or in connection with the aircraft operated by the carrier, including, but not limited to, any personal injury, property damage or death.
